#asktheexperts I delivered twins on 36 weeks 2 days and now they are 1 month 22 days old and still we are giving them dexolac special care formula powder milk. Do we need to change formula milk ?? Bcz this special care is specially for preterm babies

A. Wait for two months you should at least continue with the pre-milk that you are giving to the child for two months and after that you can switch to stage one of the regular milk there is no problem because the child system digestion is very poor as compared to a full-time child so they take extra time to accept the milk that you are giving
