Q.

good evening everyone twins babies born less than 37 weeks using dexolac special care for milk how long will it continue? shall I substitute dexolac 1 in place of dexolac special care?

A. If baby were delivered in 37 weeks then there is nothing to worry about you can give normal dexolac to the baby's try if breastfeeding is possible as that is the best source of nutrition to the baby's proper growth
