Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby born in 31 weeks and his birth weight is 1.kg, now he is 2 month 17 days old. I am giving him dexolac special care now his weight is 4 kg. i switched to dexolac 1, after I started giving dexolac 1 he starts spit ups and vomiting in each feed. so again I started giving dexolac special care under 2.5 kg. can I continue this?

A. Hi mommy Yes you can give it Burp well after every feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do not over feed The best way to know whether your baby is getting enough milk is to look at their nappies and weight gain. Signs that your baby is getting enough milk are that your baby Burp comes
