my both knees pains alottt if I sit for long time than i cannot stand suddenly it hurts alott please advise me

A. There can be high possibility that you are low on calcium as well as vitamin D and sometimes it is associated with iron also which is why I would recommend you to please check with your doctor and start with necessary supplements and basic exercises at the same time
