Q.

I met with an accident (slipped from stairs) three years back and had cartilage rupture in both my knees. I still haven't recovered from my injury and had to undergo a C-sec during my delivery. Till date, I cannot bend my knees, stand for long (let alone walk) or sit on the floor. Can you suggest some exercise that can help me reduce belly fat that I got after my delivery?

A. Hello dear. I think a physiotherapist will be a better person to help you in this regard because there are exercises which will require movement at your knee joint also. Otherwise doing rest of the core abdominal exercises will help but mommy how much they will impact on your knee joints should be evaluatedWrite Your Answer Here
