my both children's suffering from common cold.. can you suggest me something

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to some infection or some times due to climate changes and temperature variations around child.
For cold / running nose give syp Maxtra 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
For productive coughing give syp ascoril ls 5ml twice daily
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
For wet coughing you can sgive syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Give warm water to drink
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with watser combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Sinarist you can give to both your kids it’s a very mild anti allergy but since you haven’t mentioned the age of your kids I would say that you can give it as per the age and current weight of your child
