it is due to teething process.
it may last for a 15 days.
nothing to worry.
no specific medicine required
if cold impairs child's daily activities please consult physically

for instant relief,I advise to apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
keep your child well hydrated
you can give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves too.
