Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya, with the help of spoon.
SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, semisolid food is started once baby complete six months. You can start with plain ragi porridge, vegetable purée, fruit purée. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies and fruits each day.You can give three semisolid feed in a day in between that give a gap of two hours and feed breast milk once baby completes eight month you can you introduce morning snacks and evening snacks also. Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
