it happens because of many reasons like force feeding, overfeeding , indigestion , Mouth ulcers etc
so please check these.
give food in small bites.
Never force feed or overfeed your child
keep your child well hydrated
give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before half an hour of meal time
