my baby tooks more than half an hour of feeding sometimes she took more than one hour also but she slept only half an hour of time or if she urinate suddenly wake up and she asks feed immediately what have to do

There can be some changes in the first few weeks, but with the time your baby will get into a routine. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
