it happens because of many reasons like overdressing,heat , illness etc
so please avoid overdressing
keep your child in well vantileted room
keep your child well hydrated
keep the room temperature moderated.
if there is symptoms like irritability ,low appetite , breathing difficulty , dazzineess, low weight gain etc then please visit your pediatrician
