my baby suffering from cough and cold I started antibiotics since 3days with syrup and nebulization but still cough cold not controlled

A. Maybe the infection is severe so that’s y the child is having this issue and it’s not subsiding so it may take some time and that’s going to b taking it’s own time so kindly continue with whatever is been suggested by the doc
