my baby now she is 11 month old iam giving her banana daily and she eat well but daily giving a banana is it ok ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. hello .. no worries if u feed her banana daily. dometimes it might cause constipation , in case reduce tge amount of it or give fiber rich food simultaneously
