A. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child. the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract. if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions. if you feel thaat the child is hhaving some difficulty in breathing you can always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the respiratory tract. the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract

A. You can use nasal drops as of now that will help in clearing the congestion in the nose if your child is having any and if there is any sound that you are hearing which is disturbing for the child then it would be better to get a check with your doctor to be sure about it and if required any medicine can only be suggested by your doctor for thatWrite Your Answer Here
