my baby is three and half month. there is some redness on her hip..what to do? for that reason I cannot make her wear diaper

A. for diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as anny rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / B4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
