Q.
my baby is suffering from loose motions and also lactose intolerance .dr suggested me some medicine and as my breast milk is lacking also suggest lf 100 soya milk formula but after having this formula .she again poops like loose motions.what should I do .what should I give her ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion are mostly infective which could be bacterial or viral in origin.
the most important thing is fluid and electrolyte imbalance which can cause dehydration and further complications which should be manvgaged properly.
Initially probiotics can be given along with zinc supplement and ors solution.
Antibiotics should be given if required by the doctor only .
