Q.

my 2 months baby had lactose intolerance after giving lactose free milk for 48 hours again started breast milk she was not doing loose motion for 1 week now again loose motion started.what to do for this?Whether lactose intolerance cured or not?

A. for lactose intolerance you will have to give lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which does not contain lactose.d meet your doctor who can guide you regarding the available preparations. if the child is having dehydration you can give ors also.
