Q.

My 2 months baby s having lactose intolerance due to that she was passing loose motion.we gave lactose free milk for 3 days loose motion stoped completely.then started breast milk, after 5 days again loose motion started. what to do?

A. for lactose intolerance you will have to give lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which does not contain lactose. meet your doctor who can gxuide you regarding the available preparations. if the child is having dehydration you can give ors also.
