how to handle lactose intolerance in 1.5 months baby.she is getting loose motion if I give breast milk.how many days I have to given lactose free milk?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for lactose intolerance you will have to give lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which does not contain lactose.r
meet your doctor who can guide you regarding the available preparations. if the child is having dehydration you can give ors also.

Lavanya vijayGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi.. my baby had lactose intelorence when she was 1 month old..but it's completely gone after 3 months...I would say offer lactose free milk for 2 days and again introduce breast milk...
