Q.

hloo my baby is lactose intolerance.. can i gove him amul lactose free milk.. he is 2 years old

A. yes , if that's lactose free After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also. They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre. Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt . These keep the digestion good you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

A. yes if you child is lactose allergic then you can go at with any non lactose made for the child and also I would recommend you that you get it check with an allergy doctor start with the treatment as you can go at with homeopathic treatment also for the
