my baby has lactose intolerance, age 3mnths, can i give him 2times formula with lactose free and other time breast milk?

A. u can give lactose enzyme drops

A. kindly continue the milk supplements as well as milk forms you are giving and if the weight gain of the child is proper then you can continue those and you will see that with increasing age of the child lactose intolerance will go away

A. Yes Kids who are lactose intolerant doctors always advise you to give non-lactose milk to the child initially only so you can continue with that but for that it would be better that you properly understand it with your doctor because they can actually explain you the entire matter how you should be giving lactose free milk to the child and how many times in a day
