Q.

my baby was affected by secondary lactose intolerance last month.doctor suggested lactose free formula milk but my baby was getting weight loss .can I give normal formula milk

A. no cannot give for lactose intolerance you will have to give lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which does not contain lactose. meet your doctor who can guide you regarding the available preparations. if the child is having dehydration you can give ors also.

See it is not because of the milk that your child is losing onto its weight and you cannot give regular formula since your child is lactose intolerance you can ask your doctor if you can give soya milk or almond milk that is going to be a better option for you and treat your child with homoeopathic treatment treatment for this
