hi ...my baby had lactose intolerance from birth . his overall health is ok and lactose intolerant e is also fine now. but he might be teething too early due to which he has loose motions. can it be cause of teeyhing or lactose intolerance?

loose motions could be due to the teething phase..but to confirm you should check for other signs also such as swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, soarness and itching in the gums
