My Baby is suffering from excess cold and cough and in face red rashes. What to do?

A. Please consult your doctor they’ll tell you what is the reason behind cold and cough and what oral medicine would be required and why the face is turning red what’s meant to be done everything would be recommended by the doctor after physically examining your child
