Hello sir my 1 year old baby suffering from cold cough & fever so I given her crocin, atrax, and nosal drops but now red rashes came on her face. please suggest me what can I do for this??

A. They appeared after giving medicine so it needs to be evaluated as it seems like allergic reaction to a medicine and consult your paediatrician once abd get your baby checked once
