my baby is suffering from cold and feverish and 2 episode of vomiting and 3 episodes of loose motions . what food and medicine should be given

A. Sporolac should be given to the child twice in a day for three days along with that a proper course of mitigation would be required and that would be suggested by the doctor also I would recommend you to stop giving mail for the time being
