My baby is suffering from cold and fever for last 3 days.. I gave him paracip and antibiotic advent but still it is not improving and fever comes after 5 hrs. What should I do

Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold cahun be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as pger the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
