Q.

my baby is presently undergoing Phototherapy for Jaundice. is that a matter of concern. does blood group mismatch between mother and child causes this ?

A. hi mom if it is matter of concern or not ur treating doctor can only advise regarding this as it depends upon bilirubin level ... so u need to consult with the doctor

A. no Ma'am please don't worry.neonatal jaundice is common. nothing to do with blood group mismatch also. just do the needful and breastfeed the baby well . going forward once you are discharged after phototherapy show morning sunlight to the baby everyday. it's cold these days so dress appropriately. keep a check on your diet and avoid foods which may affect jaundice. take care. everything will be fine.
