Q.
my baby is presently undergoing Phototherapy for Jaundice. is that a matter of concern. does blood group mismatch between mother and child causes this ?

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. no Ma'am please don't worry.neonatal jaundice is common. nothing to do with blood group mismatch also. just do the needful and breastfeed the baby well . going forward once you are discharged after phototherapy show morning sunlight to the baby everyday. it's cold these days so dress appropriately. keep a check on your diet and avoid foods which may affect jaundice. take care. everything will be fine.
