#asktheexpert Good morning. my blood group is o+ and my baby girl blood group is A- born in April 3rd 12.45AM. after 2 days my baby got jaundice. 2 days admit for phototherapy. it downs from 18 points to 12. after 4 days it raise from 12 to 14. again admit for phototherapy. now points decrease to 10. is it permanently gone or not ? Tell me.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 months agoA. It will take some time for it to reduce until then you have to follow whatever your doctor advises, because if the bilirubin level rises a lot, then it can impact the babies brain
