My blood group is A+, my wife's blood group is O+ and my son's blood group is A+ is there any complications if baby's and mother's blood group was different?

A. Usually it is not an issue. Very rarely due to ABO incompatibility the baby might land up in anemia and elevated jaundice. You need to consult your pediatrician and discuss this in detail if there are any issues with the baby.
