If blood group is different for Mother and baby jaundice will come.

A. Jaundice is going to come in 99% of the cases doesn’t matter whether the child is having the same blood group as of mother or different so it’s common for jaundice to happen after birth which is completely normal to be seen and it can be treated very well so no worries at all
