My baby is not popping for 6 days. he is 11 days old and have frequent urination. do I need to consult a pediatrician for pooping issue

A. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stool for more than 10 days also and sometimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also. Both the above frequency of stool passage is normal if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid. if the consistency ixs not hard then it is not constipation and intermittent crying is due to the colic pain due to gas
