Q.

My baby is just 40 days old. I am corona positive. My doctor has given faviparin drug is it safe in breastfeeding???

A. there is not much data available but yes it will be present in the breast milk so it is advisable to stop breastfeeding when you are taking this medicine. .

A. Hello mommy, I think it is raviparin. Because it is not absorbed from the GI tract, its use in the breastfeeding mother is acceptable. Wear a medical mask while breastfeeding the baby. Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand rub before feeding. Routine clean and disinfect surfaces around you. Keep at least 1 meter distance from others.
