my baby is in 23rd month but she has not complete set of teeth, her teeth process is very slow, on lower jaw there is only 4 front teeth, on upper jaw there is 8 or 10 teeth, I am so worried plz helpp

A. Hi why to worry as kid's usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth.
