My baby is having cold from yesterday evening and having runny nose.Given trifold plus syrup but no relief.Given steam but no improvement Kindly suggest some medicine

Wikoryl junior is good it’s a basic anti allergic that you can offer to the child as of now it’s very good but I would recommend you to check with your doctor as you have already given medicines now I’m not aware about whether you have concerned Dr previously or not so better to do it now
