My baby is having cold and her one nostril passage is being bulged. And other one is normal. Is tat OK? After cold will it be back to normal?

A. please give t minic drops to the baby Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
