My baby is having cold and cough he is 8 month old. Pls tell me the breakfast and lunch for him as he was having suni upma, Apple puree in breakfast but now everyone is saying these are cold in nature. Pls suggest some food for brkfast.

A. there is nothing like cold food cold nature food or hot t nature food you are offering to the baby give normal traditional food which you are giving regularly during cold and cough
