Q.

my baby is five months old he has cold I'm giving ascoril LS drops can I give justdee vitamin d3 syrup along with cold syrup

A. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is doryne and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .t

A. Yes you can because it is just a multivitamin supplement that you are meant to give anyways up to the age of one year so it has got no connection with any other medication or anything that you are giving you can continue with it throughout the year
