my baby is doing green loose motion 2-3 sometime yellow n vomiting also

A. I am not doctor, but I have heard from my granny and elders that if baby develop cough or mother has green veggies baby do pass green stool

A. the baby is 4 months of age if you are giving baby only mothers feeding their cannot be chance of infection green colour of stool is normal in babies .
