DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she is scratching her umbilicus constantly and you should apply aloe cream at night and syrup cetzine 5 ml twice a day

Apply Cream or oil on to that area as that could be due to dry skin or rash or something so as of now apply that if you see it is fine by the morning the child is not having an issue then it is okay if you see there is any redness or anything wrong with it then consult your paediatri
