my baby is 9 month old, sometimes he rubb his eyes and ENT doctor is recommended olopat eye drop, is it safe for my baby eyes? because in the instructions in the box mentioned not recommended below 3year? I don't know what is right can someone please tell me is it safe for 9 month old baby
