My son 4yrs 9 months old he has red eyes and he is rubbing eyes may be due to conjunctivites is there any eye drop or remedy

Eye tone is an Ayurvedic I drop you can use this as of now otherwise Best is to clean the eyes with warm water and get a check with the doctor tomorrow because you cannot be sure whether it is conjunctivitis or something so just as of now for home remedy you can do this
