my baby is 7months old can eat potato while breastfeeding???

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes, you can eat potatoes it is rich in starch so it is full of energy. mam ,no worries,it can not affect your breastmilk supply and your child. don't worry, you can take almost all food items which you want just avoid taking extreme spicy and sugary food.
