ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. Yes, dear mum, you can surely eat potatoes during breastfeeding. What you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby. You can eat all seasonal vegetables.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. hi yes dear mom, as your baby is already three months....now you can eat anything and everything in moderation during lactation period....if baby feels gassy then you can reduce the quantity for some days
