My baby is 7+ months old, I gave her 960 ml of water and 250 ml of formula milk including cereals and some brest milk per day. My doubt is that is the quantity of drinking water per day is normal yaa it is much more for my baby. Because all says much water is not good for health.

A. Hello mom overall liquid consumption would be dependent on the climate conditions as well and thirst of an individual so better is a few sips throughout the day is good enough
