My baby is 7 months old. He has been suffering from skin problem , first the area becomes red then grow a pimple then after 2/3 days it realase water or having water. please help.

A. when the pimple becomes such that there is water filled inside I would recommend that you should immediately try to put neosporin powder on that a couple of times and the day to make it dry
