A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil

A. I will just let you know my experience, hope it helps you. 1st u can start feeding your baby more and try to use a breast pump( i have read articles where they have mentioned that ur body will produce milk if body gets to know it requires more milk) 2nd Take Leptaden tablets 2 tablet 3 times a day( ayurvedic formulation and even i have used it for more then 7 months, reduce the dosage if u need less milk) 3rd and shatavari kalpa granules mix 2spoon full in milk at night and drink it. These 3 really helped me a lot. Hope it works for you. Take care .

A. Take proper diet at regular interval. As you are taking food for baby and self. Take proper rest. Eat green leafy vegetables, pulse and proteen rich foods on daily basis. Take fruits every day. If you are non vegetarian take non veg items it at least twice or thrice in a week. Hope it will help you.
