my baby is 6months 7 days old , after starting apple puree and daal puree started hard stool, what should i do now?

A. So whenever you start giving food to the child please make sure that you’re including plenty of fluids in the Thai because when you introduce something near the system takes time to adapt to It which is why giving lots of fluids and fibre are equally important
