My baby is 67 days old, and since yesterday he is unable to poo properly, pls advice what do as though I had given him colicaid and also proper massage on tummy.

Yes you can give colicaid drops. It is totally safe. But now maybe baby will not pass stool for many days and sometimes for more than seven days and it is also considered normal so don’t get worried. This is all because babies are on mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out.
