Q.

my baby is 6 month 18 days old I am giving her 10:00 AM Cerelac 2:00 AM banana puree/ papaya puree 6 :00 PM cerelac and I give formula milk on demand my question is, is it fine for 6 month 18 days old baby.

A. Dear mum, Instead of giving packaged foods, prefer to give homemade cerelac. They are healthier. Also include seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables. You can also give ragi porridge, kheer. Have variety in your baby’s food.
